Sales Manager for the GCC countries’ market

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate shall manage all pre-sales and sales matters related to turn-key interiors outfitting projects. Shall constantly scan markets for business development opportunities. Shall maintain and develop existing and new relationships with consultants, architects, interior designers, clients and vendors, as well as direct and co-ordinate promotion of products to develop new markets and increase sales.

In co-ordination with the company’s team shall be responsible for project management in all phases (contracting, design, products, installation, service).

 

Requirements

  • 3 years of sales experience in interior and out fitting projects
  • Bachelor in Engineering and/or Interior Design
  • Good understanding of branding on a corporate level
  • Excellent command of English (verbal/written)–Knowledge of Arabic will be considered an asset
  • Availability to live abroad (GCC countries) 
  • Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
  • Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
  • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Self-disciplined with strong sense of initiative and bias towards action
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
  • Positive and friendly attitude
  • Team player with strong work ethic and ability to adapt to change
